Basic Salary £35k + Commission (OTE £50k-£60k) + Company Vehicle + Pension + BenefitsLocation – Oxfordshire BasedWe are currently seeking a Sales Manager with previous experience selling either gas boilers, heating systems, or Air Source Heat Pumps and to join one of our clients, who specialise heavily within the Heat Pump and Renewable Energy market.You’ll need to be based within 20/30 miles of Oxfordshire and to be considered for the role.Job Summary:

• Responsible for surveying and selling air source heat pumps to residential, luxury homes and domestic customers.
• Visiting prospective clients in their home and to assess the feasibility and cost of installing various renewable heating systems.
• Negotiating and agreeing of sales.
• Liaising with projects and installation teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
• Leads typically all provided for you, however some proactive business development is also encouraged and to generate sales.

Key Skills Required:

• A proven track record of sales experience.
• It is essential you have previous experience selling either Air Source Heat Pump, Renewable Heating Systems or Gas Boilers.
• Experience selling to domestic and residential homeowners.
• A confident and persuasive communication style, both verbally and in writing.
• A self-motivated and target-driven attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid UK driving licence.
