Job Summary

Provide customer support for Faculty, Students, and Staff. 

Major Responsibilities/Duties/Critical Tasks

• Support faculty, students, and staff with technical issues.
• Install operating systems and any needed software and drivers on new or repurposed computers.
• Prep computers for disposal by following outlined procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Additional Information

The retirement plan for this position is Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS), subject to the position being at least 20 hours per week and at least 135 days in length.
