We have an exciting opportunity for a Heritage Business Support Manager to join our Heritage Team here at Williams Racing. Reporting directly into the Heritage Director, this is a unique and specialised role within the motorsport industry. This opportunity is for a passionate individual who is interested in preserving and celebrating the rich Heritage of Williams and join us on the journey to deliver a profitable venture.
As the Heritage Business Support Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
Business support and administration for a broad range of remits, such as liaising with our engine partners, customers, car owners and VIP’s.
Work with technical groups to prepare and complete quotes for customer projects.
Identify and address key customers individual needs and maintain these relationships through world class customer service.
Continue to build the Williams customer base.
Research, evaluate and plan Heritage events.
Assist the Heritage Director to explore other revenue generating opportunities.
Continuously seek ways to improve efficiencies, promote new ideas and implement them to enhance customer satisfaction and Cost cap efficiencies.
Supporting the Heritage Director in liaise with different departments to strengthen the Heritage business and assist in achieving the department targets.
We are looking for an exceptional Heritage Business Support Manager, with the following skills and experience:
Between 3-5 years’ experience of working within motorsport/classic car industry.
Proven track-record in executing word class customer events and programmes.
Impeccable attention to detail and strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budgets.
A team player who is comfortable working with internal and external entities.
Strong interpersonal skills with courteousness, tactfulness, and professionalism.
Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
Flexible and Proactive attitude
Experience in working with HNWI.
Advanced knowledge of MS office Suite, in particular Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
