Company DescriptionCulina Logistics provides complete coverage of the UK via eight strategically located chilled warehouses, providing over 100,000 pallet spaces, with a massive 1.5m cases delivered daily.We are looking for LGV/HGV C+E Class 1 Drivers on a Permanent and Full Time basis at our Tilbury depotJob DescriptionShift:

• 4ON 4OFF – 15:00pm-18:00pm start window.

Salary:

• Basic salary of £34,121 per annum plus the extra incentives and overtime rates as below.

Extra incentives:

• Start times available between 12:00 – 19:59 – Shift premium of £10 paid per shift.
• Start times available between 20:00 – 03:59 – Shift premium of £15 paid per shift.

Overtime (working an extra shift outside of your agreed shift pattern)

• Monday to Friday – £18.14 per hour.
• Saturday – £21.56 per hour.
• Sunday – £24.82 per hour.

The role will consist of completing deliveries and collections and Drivers must be able to commit to occasional nights out.Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months UK experience.
• Possession of LGV Class 1 Licence, CPC and Tacho Card.
• Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and current drivers’ hours.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
• Effectively prioritise workload in order to meet set deadline
