Hence, HIA invites all qualified and specialized contractors to participate in the Tender for Implementing Infrastructure and Construction Services for a Community Center in Sinjar-Nineveh

How to apply for the tender?

• A site visit is scheduled for May 12, 2024, with the meeting point to be communicated later. The right to modify the date is reserved, and interested parties will be duly notified. • Submission in person: All bids, including the technical and financial offers must be separated (not mixed) and each should be placed in its own sealed and stamped envelope. These envelopes should then be placed in another sealed envelope or package and hand-delivered to Hungarian Interchurch Aid’s office in Erbil.

• For online submission, please add the tender title and reference number to the subject line of the email.

 Eligibility

• The tender documents shall be marked with all relevant information in detail, including date, time, and place for the submission of the Tender. (in-person submissions)
• Participation in tendering is open only to the general contracting or construction companies – participating either individually or in a group (consortium) of tenderers – which are established and registered in Iraq.
• Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
