The main objective of this program implementation is to foster the social, economic, and infrastructural advancement of the region while ensuring the stability and sustainability of return processes, and facilitating enhanced living conditions for the returning population. Hence, HIA invites all qualified and specialized contractors to participate in the Tender for the rehabilitation of a sport center in Sinjar, Nineveh.
