The First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University, founded in 1896, has always adhered to the mission of saving lives and aiding the injured. As a provincial-level large-scale comprehensive hospital and a national Grade A Tertiary hospital, it specializes in medical services, teaching, research, disease prevention, and rehabilitation. II. Positions and Support Policies

(1) Core Faculty

General Requirements:

1. No criminal record.
2. Strong educational background and systematic research training.
3. Doctoral graduates and postdoctoral researchers within the job-search period.
4. Capability and aptitude for scientific research.
5. Qualification as a clinical medicine doctoral supervisor.

(2) PhD&MD Candidates

General Requirements:

1. No criminal record.
2. Full-time PhD&MD degree.
3. Clinical physician positions require a Resident Standardized Training Certificate.
4. Strong educational background and systematic research training.
5. Good health to meet the demands of research and teaching.
6. Fulfill specific professional requirements set by mentors and research teams.

Support Policies for Core Faculty and PhD&MD Candidates:

1. Salary plus performance-based incentives.
2. Competitive research startup funding, categorized into three tiers:

• Grade I: Clinical medicine:3 million CNY; Other medical and related disciplines :2 million CNY
• Grade II: Clinical medicine:1.5million CNY; Other medical and related disciplines :1 million CNY; Humanities and social sciences:0.5 million CNY
• Grade III: Clinical medicine:0.5million CNY; Other medical and related disciplines :0.3 million CNY; Humanities and social sciences:0.2 million CNY

3. Housing allowances (pre-tax) for those specializing in:

• Clinical medicine: 500,000 CNY
• Other medical and related disciplines: 250,000 CNY
• Humanities and social sciences: 100,000 CNY

4. Accommodation: The hospital will provide an apartment (120 m²) for those specializing in clinical medicine, and an apartment (90 m²) for those specializing in other medical. For those working more than 10 years and continue to work in the hospital, they will have the right of use for the property.
5. PhD&MD degree allowance: 1,000 CNY/month.
6. Spousal employment assistance and support for children’s education (kindergarten/school enrollment).
7. Provincial-level public institution staffing quota. Candidates can choose between Xinxiang Medical University or hospital affiliation staffing based on personal preference and performance.

(3) Full-time Faculty

General Requirements:

1. No criminal record.
2. Master’s degree or above.
3. Professors, associate professors, assistant professors, and equivalent high-Caliber talents from domestic and international institutions are welcomed.
