Primary Purpose | The HEP Ambassador will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting qualified candidates for the High School Equivalency Program. This position will work closely with the HEP Recruitment Specialist and the HEP Program Coordinator to develop and execute a recruitment strategy that will help the program meet its enrollment goals. This position will work 20 hours/week. You will be expected to work up to 4 hours a day depending on scheduled program commitments and events. It is required to work two Saturdays each month during the course of employment. This position requires candidates to engage in primarily field-based recruitment efforts with weekly or bi-weekly in-office meetings. |

Ergonomic Requirements | Regular office hours are established between 8 am – 5 pm during the workweek. A flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends, may be necessary due to the nature of the responsibilities. Occasional lifting up to 25lbs. All individuals are required to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation. |
Minimum Requirements | 1. High School diploma or GED 2. Bilingual in English/Spanish |
