This is to inform you that UNDP BD has published an ITB for  Hiring a supplier to supply Shelter packages to Cox’s Bazar or Khulna region.

Please be informed that UNDP has moved to Oracle Cloud ERP (QUANTUM). Quantum is replacing the previous e-tendering System for bidders to participate in business opportunities with UNDP.

Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. if you have an account, log in to this link: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org using your username and password. User the forgotten password/username feature if you do not remember them. Search for the specific tender using search filters and subscribe to the tender in order to get notifications in case of amendments to the tender document. If you need support with the online system, you can contact the contact details of this tender as indicated in the solicitation document.

Requests for clarifications against the ITB from bidders will not be accepted any later than 8 May 2023. The vendor must mention “Query” against ITB No-UNDP-BGD-00547” in the subject line and send it to bd.procurement@undp.org before Quantum registration and through Quantum message option after registration. 

Note: Vendors are requested to submit clear images along with a video of each item while submitting the quotation. Please attach the video link in the field of financial proposal. UNDP has also the right to ask for physical samples during evaluation.
