Home Care Worker – South West Sydney

• Permanent Part-time, Monday to Friday position   
• $28 – $33 p/h + 94c per KM + travel time + Salary Packaging

What you’ll be doing in this role 

As a Uniting Home Care Worker, you will help us ensure continuity of care for our clients as you provide support and companionship for older people living in South-West Sydney. You will empower independence and improve the quality of life for our clients in their own homes.  

With a focus on supporting our clients to stay independent for as long as possible, duties and responsibilities may include: 

• Help at home: housekeeping, grocery shopping or meal preparation 
• Personal Care: personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, helping at mealtime or with medication administration 
• Transport for wellbeing: appointments or shopping trips or accompanying clients on social support activities

Qualifications and experience:

• Certificate III in Aged Care or a passion to begin your career in aged care.
• Current First Aid certificate  or willingness to obtain
• Driver’s license and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
