- Hourly Rate: $28.94 – $34.76 per hour + 94c per km and travel time
- Location: Sydney’s Northern Suburbs, North Ryde and surrounding suburbs
- Requirements: Comprehensively insured car needed

About the Role
As a Uniting Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuity of care for our clients. Your support will help older people maintain their independence and improve their quality of life while staying in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Home Assistance: Perform housekeeping, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
- Personal Care: Assist with personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, meal support, and medication administration.
- Transport Support: Provide transport for appointments, shopping trips, and social support activities.
About You
- Experience & Passion: You have previous experience in aged or community care, or a strong desire to start your career in aged care.
- Empathy & Resourcefulness: You are empathetic, resourceful, and embody Uniting’s values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.
- Flexibility: You are adaptable and can meet the changing needs and schedules of our home care clients.
- Driving Requirements: You have a provisional or full Australian driving licence and access to a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle (not just CTP).
- Qualifications: Ideally, you hold a Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or an equivalent qualification. If not, we can support you in obtaining this.
