HuddersfieldSalary circa £50k – £55kk per annumCompass Associates are proud to be partnering with a highly regarded, established care provider operating a medium sized portfolio of care homes across the UK. They are looking for an experienced, current Home Manager to join the team and support the growth of the business which has recently undergone some restructuring.They are seeking a Home Manager to join a small to medium sized care home which is providing nursing, residential and dementia care to elderly residents. Within the home, there is a robust staffing team who are working well together along with high occupancy levels due to key relationships across the local community. However, despite the good performance, the service requires a strong leader who is prepared to do some troubleshooting internally.This centres around developing the robust systems, supporting the development of staff, and managing in a visible and approachable manner.The role is commutable from: Huddersfield, Brighouse, Bradford, Wakefield, Leeds, Sowerby Bridge, Pudsey, Wakefield, Keighley and Dewsbury.To be considered for the role, you’ll be an existing Home Manager who has experience managing a nursing service, but isn’t necessarily nurse qualified.
