• Provide daily support with personal care, medication management, and household tasks.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Support with dementia care and any other health-related needs.
• Ensure the well-being and comfort of the clients at all times.
• Promote independence where possible and maintain the dignity of the clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a live-in carer.
• Experience in dementia care and an understanding of the challenges it presents.
• Must have an enhanced DBS check on the update service.
• Care Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• A warm, empathetic approach to elderly care, with excellent communication skills.
