Housekeeper/Cleaner ($500 sign on bonus!)

• Servicing bathrooms
• Removing trash and recycling
• Cleaning and vacuuming, sweeping, washing floors as needed in public spaces on campus
• Set-up spaces for meetings and re-setting classroom spaces at the end of the day
• Maintain inventory of supplies issued to complete assigned jobs

Hourly rate for this position is $17.50/per hour (This role is eligible for overtime and shift differentials) and new employees in Housekeeping will receive a $500 Sign-Bonus(½ paid at first check and ½ paid after 90 days of eligibility requirements are met).

• Some High School education OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and perform basic mathematical computations
• Establish and maintain working relationships with supervisors, co-workers, and building occupants
• Ability to work successfully both independently and in a team with minimum supervision.

Preferred:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of six months of related experience in a similar role

• Available shift for Housekeeping: 5:00 am – 1:30 pm
• Days of the week may vary. Special events and coverage may necessitate overtime hours, including weekends and holidays. Work assignments are reviewed and revised as necessary.
