About the role
The Housing Strategy service stream will be crucial in driving growth and sustainable outcomes across the business, including having agility to respond to new opportunities, strategically planning for known opportunities in the pipeline, establishing and strengthening relationships with clinical and partner referrers, housing providers and government agencies. Housing Strategy will also be responsible for ensuring new services are established and occupancy levels of current residential services are maintained.
We are seeking a high-performing, self-motivated Housing with Support Partnership Manager for a fixed-term, full-time parental leave coverage opportunity until February 2025, based at out central office in Burnley. With work from home options, you will foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders and actively develop partnerships to advance the priorities of the Housing Strategy division in line with organisational strategy. The Partnership Manager will ensure that services, systems, and processes are efficient and effective with strong measures in place to mitigate against financial and operational risk.
Key responsibilities
- Drive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on strategic priorities and provide sustainable community housing for clients.
- Project manage development and establishment of new residential services and ensure project plans, service design and facilities meet business objectives, models of practice and organisational values.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to determine project scope and service requirements to deliver fit for purpose residences on budget and within agreed timelines.
- Lead delivery of project advice, identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues and provide development progress reports.
What you’ll bring
- Tertiary qualifications (minimum Certificate IV) in Business Management, Commerce, Mental Health, Peer Work, Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or other health related field as designated by Mind.
- Expertise in working with people with mental health issues, housing concerns, complex needs and interacting with families and carers.
- Strong knowledge of mental health service delivery, service development and design, financial management, budget control and reporting.
- Proven ability to positively influence, effectively build and coach a team to achieve high quality outcomes.
- Capability to project manage, build relationships with stakeholders and identify, plan and prioritise to meet strategic plans, service requirements and deliverables.
