Reference: 4243We are looking for someone to a join a hugely successful and growing technology company that have moved into Hemel Hempstead. They are looking for a HR Administrator to join them on a 12-month fixed-term basis.The role would suit somebody looking to embark on their HR career with some previous administrative experience or potentially a graduate with an interest in HR.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience within a HR role. You will be working closely with the HR team, gaining a vast amount of exposure to the role and how it works day-to-day!This is a full-time role, hours are 9am – 5pm, paying up to £30,000 depending on candidate experience. Plus, an extensive benefits package that we can detail for you, but would include things such as bonus, life insurance, health care, competitive holiday + birthdays off, hybrid working and working with a very social team/company who organise lots of events/outings.Please note as part of this position you will be required to travel to their site in Reading on an ad hoc basis so driving is a must.Duties include:
- Preparing HR related documentation.
- Supporting with the onboarding process including writing offer letters, sending out contracts and ensuring documents are returned in-line with deadlines.
- Support the recruitment team with reference checks, checking job descriptions and finalising documentation.
- Maintaining up-to-date employee information.
- Any ad-hoc HR related duties.
The suitable candidate:
- Previous administration experience.
- An interest in HR – would be desired but not essential.
- Relationship building skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong team player.
- Strong communication skills on all levels.
