Great news! Due to an internal movement, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our Employee Services team on 12-month contract.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources and a strong understanding of HR processes.
As a HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our People Performance and Culture department and ensuring the smooth operation of its functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires in HRIS system, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- Monitor and follow up workforce compliance for existing staff.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Process changes to roles in our HRIS System and update the Organisation Chart.
- Monitor and track various key employment dates that require action e.g., temporary contract end dates, higher duty, probation etc.
- Provide support with leave management e.g., parental leave and study leave eligibility.
- Provide administrative support to various benefits program, e.g., length of service reporting, reward and recognition and awards.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently with competing deadlines.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Tertiary qualifications and experience in HR or equivalent is highly regarded.
