Job description

People Analyst in Sheffield to join a successful growing business. In this newly created role you will be responsible for analysing data, generating reports and providing strategic insights to support decision-making within the HR function. You need to have a strong background in HR and analysis.

  • Analysing HR data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Generating regular reports on key HR metrics.
  • Providing strategic insights based on data analysis.
  • Supporting the HR team in decision-making processes.
  • Contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assisting with the implementation of new HR systems and processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Participating in HR projects and initiatives as required.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and report generation.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, R, Python, or similar software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • A detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team.
