Job description
People Analyst in Sheffield to join a successful growing business. In this newly created role you will be responsible for analysing data, generating reports and providing strategic insights to support decision-making within the HR function. You need to have a strong background in HR and analysis.
- Analysing HR data to identify trends and patterns.
- Generating regular reports on key HR metrics.
- Providing strategic insights based on data analysis.
- Supporting the HR team in decision-making processes.
- Contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Assisting with the implementation of new HR systems and processes.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Participating in HR projects and initiatives as required.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis and report generation.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, R, Python, or similar software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team.
