This position as HR Assistant requires an individual who is adept at handling a multitude of tasks in a fast-paced, not for profit environment. The role is based in the Human Resources department at a reputable organisation near Egham.The key responsibilities for the HR Assistant are:

  • Providing administrative support to the HR team
  • Assisting in recruitment and training processes
  • Managing HR records and databases
  • Handling staff queries on HR policies and procedures
  • Participating in employee engagement initiatives
  • Assisting in the preparation of HR reports
  • Ensuring compliance with university and HR regulations
  • Participating in HR projects as required
