proactively own where the query needs to go to ensure a resolution is found.Supporting managers, in conjunction with the Transactional Service Centre, in the effective, accurate and timely processing of employee lifecycle through Unit 4.The analysis, evaluation and interpretation of complex workforce information to ensure that managers have up-to-date information with which to inform HR decisions.YOU WILL HAVE

  • Level 3 HR Apprenticeship and working toward (or committed to) undertaking the Level 5 HR Apprenticeship
  • Have successful experience of working in HR environment.
  • The ability to interpret terms conditions of employment and regulations etc
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, IT packages etc
  • Skills to analyse information/data and present information clearly
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexible approach to work
