This role will focus on first line advice to managers in relation to HR Operations, providing clear and accurate information about HR policies, practices, initiatives, and procedures. proactively own where the query needs to go to ensure a resolution is found.Supporting managers, in conjunction with the Transactional Service Centre, in the effective, accurate and timely processing of employee lifecycle through Unit 4.The analysis, evaluation and interpretation of complex workforce information to ensure that managers have up-to-date information with which to inform HR decisions.YOU WILL HAVE
