KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting HR department with projects and initiatives by completing assigned tasks.
- Scheduling, organizing, and participating in company and community events.
- Receives correspondence, and sends it to structural subdivisions.
- Keeps records of documents, exercises control over their execution and issues the necessary information on registered documents.
- Sends executed documents to the addressees.
- Keeps records of received and sent correspondence, systematises and stores documents of the current archive.
- Organizing and filing documents, taking notes, and delivering messages to HR.
- Maintaining personal files and making changes related to labour activity
- Preparation and registration of orders (hiring, resignation, leave)
- Maintaining labour books, determining the length of service
- Providing references on current and past employment of employees
- Oversee the administration of program files and relevant documents, including the filing of documents, physically and electronically.
- Perform other administrative tasks within the program’s scope of activities, as instructed by management.
- Maintains an online file of documentary materials, monitors their implementation, and issues the necessary certificates regarding registered online documents. Sends documents to addressees.
- Keeps track of received and sent correspondence.
Essential
- Office administration experience.
- Good verbal & written communication skills.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Good detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects at once.
