Salary: Php 709,809.00 per annum net of taxes
Context
Under the direct supervision of the Human Resources Officer (OSU) and overall supervision of the Chief, Manila Human Resources Operations and Administrative Services (MHRO), and functional guidance of the Head, Organizational Design and Classification Unit, the successful candidate will assist in the updates of the organizational structure in ERP system, aligned with the reporting lines and position description (functions and responsibilities) for all Professional staff members worldwide and General Service staff members in Switzerland and Valencia. The successful candidate will be the custodian of the PDs for the staff members in Professional category and produce relevant reports.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field from an accredited academic institution, with two years of relevant professional experience in administrative capacity; or
- Completed High School degree from an accredited academic institution, with four years of relevant professional experience.
Experience:
- Prior work experience with international humanitarian organizations, non-government or government institutions/organization in a multicultural setting is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- E-mail, Outlook; previous experience in SAP is a distinct advantage.
- Attention to detail, ability to organize paperwork in a methodical way.
- Discreet, details and clients-oriented; and
- Ability to stay organized while balancing multiple priorities.
