And free parking.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert guidance on organisational change, negotiation with unions, and employee relations.Develop and implement strategic HR plans in partnership with Deans of Faculty and Directors.
Drive staff engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and support managers in workforce planning.
Identify opportunities for HR service improvements and support diversity and inclusion initiatives.What You’ll Bring:Proven experience in change management and negotiating with unions.
A degree (or equivalent experience) and relevant HR qualifications.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
A solid understanding of UK employment law and experience in managing employee relations.
