You will be supported by a team of Assistant HRBP’s and the wider HR team.You will also work in a matrix way across the wider HR team and collaborate to deliver the priorities and HR Transformation plans for the University.About youAn enthusiastic and strategic thinking Business Partner to join our Human Resources team on our journey, to provide an excellent service to a portfolio of Faculties and Departments. A confident individual who can influence and positively challenge Senior Leaders.You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent), CIPD Level 5 or above and demonstrate substantial experience of managing and implementing change projects and transformative processes.
