- Ability to assemble and analyse information to make substantiated recommendations.
- An innovative approach to collaborative working and customer engagement.
- Competent in the use of information technology and data systems.
- An ability to operate sensitively and with empathy when dealing with sensitive HR issues.
- To maintain confidentiality at all times
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
What you will do:
- Work on the collation, development and presentation of HR and Recruitment related data.
- Ensuring that recruitment and advertising campaigns are dealt with accurately and efficiently including liaising with the translation
- Provide advice, guidance and training to applicants and managers on all aspects of recruitment
- To assist with the development of a programme of work based activities supporting HR and recruitment
- To ensure the correct information and resources are accessible to school based staff via the internal HR resource hub or Hwb.
- To provide a point of contact for any non operational queries
