Duties
- Manage day-to-day HR processes and critical programs with precision and efficiency.
- Process employee changes and maintain accurate HR data to reflect current statuses.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences to ensure a positive start for new employees.
- Collaborate with the HR Solutions Specialist to enhance HR systems and provide user support.
- Take charge of our HR & Talent intranet pages to keep information fresh and engaging.

Skills and Experience
We want you to be successful in your new role! This means you’ll have:
- A tertiary qualification in HR or a related field or be studying towards your tertiary qualification or at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices and experience with HR and ATS systems and software is advantageous.
- Strong ability in using MS Office 365 Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to question the pieces that don’t make sense and understand how changes will affect other data/processes.
- Strong customer service focus with the desire to make the experience better for your customer group.
- Desire to develop your experience in human resources and build your career.
