Job description
- Review and cleanse HR data to ensure accuracy, consistency & completeness
- Full time 12 month maximum term contract
- Hybrid work environment – WFH + 1 day per week at our Melbourne CBD office
If you have experience reviewing and remediating data and an inquisitive nature, we have a great opportunity to join our HR and Project teams to prepare for a future HR system. You will play a critical role in efficiently and effectively preparing our data as we work towards new system readiness.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Review and cleanse existing data in people systems
- Identify data inconsistency, gaps and opportunities for improvement and develop remediation plan/s to transform current systems data
- Support project initiatives in relation to data management
- Document data cleansing processes and maintain comprehensive records of activities
- Data entry into the HRIS/Payroll and Volunteer Management Systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to establish controls to prevent the introduction of inaccurate data

What’s on offer
A hybrid work environment that will see you work from our Melbourne CBD office at least 1 day per week, as well as some flexibility to work from home. Some face-to-face interaction will be important to collaborate with project stakeholders.
In addition to receiving a base salary commencing at $66,000 per annum and superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and an ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits.
About you
You’ll bring well-developed analytical skills and high attention to detail to this role and be able to leverage your experience to enable you to be productive in a short timeframe.
You’ve got an understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements and experience with data cleansing and data entry. You’ve also got great communication skills and are used to providing updates to your stakeholders.
Experience with using HRIS systems, specifically MYOB PayGlobal, is highly desired.
