This means prioritising the most important work, releasing new HR service offers and enhancements early and often.This role is a new one for the Division, with the intention that it will help to build more collaborative ways of working, and putting the user at the centre of what we do. Most importantly, it is focused on ensuring effective delivery, and tangible, positive outcomes to project / product development work within the Division. This will include working with the Director of HR Strategy and Development to introduce new ways of working – including working with the division to bring about changes in mindset, as well as establishing new prioritisation, engagement, and planning tools.About the roleAs the HR Delivery Manager (9 Month FTC, hybrid working) based in our London offices, you will play a key role in the coordination and running of the portfolio of HR projects and our ‘termly increment’ planning. Helping to design, deliver, and continually improve the HR ‘termly increment’ planning event, at which priorities for the next term are discussed, agreed and clear deliverables for the next increment are committed to. You will support, coach, and enable one or more agile project, typically to deliver a product, service, or change via a multi-disciplinary team. You will help evolve the HR Division approach to project delivery,A large part of the role will involve pulling the right people together, using influence and tenacity to keep up the pace of delivery.About you
- Degree level qualification (or equivalent exp) with a project management qualification
- Proven experience in delivery projects and service using a range of agile project management methods
- Proven experience balancing multi-disciplinary teams
- Good financial management of project budgets and reporting
- Previous experience in coaching team members in Agile practices
- Previous experience of project management, in HR.
- Excellent facilitation, collaboration, and communication skills
- Good knowledge of a range of project management tools
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders. Ability to understand complex customer demands and turn them in to easy-to-understand user stories
- Naturally curious and always looking to learn lessons and improve
- Thrives on challenges and seeks to achieve results
