Based in London, the Senior HR Manager will support all of NEON’s events and shows in Europe, overseeing the full range of HR functions while reporting operationally to Senior Management at the Group Level and Country head at local level. This role includes managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, ensuring alignment with both business objectives and venue-specific needs. The manager will also coordinate administrative operations, including office management and vendor relations, to ensure seamless event execution. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to manage dynamic, event-driven environments are essential for success in this role. This role also functionally reports into Group HR in Singapore.Role Responsibilities
