NACCHO is seeking a Canberra-based HR Policy and Project Officer. As the HR Policy and Project Officer with NACCHO, you will be at the forefront of shaping the workplace environment through the design and implementation of contemporary and people focused policies and frameworks aimed at building a safe, positive and equitable workplace.
Qualifications and experience
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related field, or equivalent experience within a relevant role.
The preferred candidate will have proven expertise in interpreting and analysing industrial instruments, the Fair Work Act and relevant employment legislation to develop organisational HR policies, procedures and frameworks.
