Position Summary
The Human Resourced team of Rice University is seeking a HR Records Analyst to analyze Human Resources transactions for correctness and enter new or changed information into the HR Information System. This position will work closely with department administrators/Human Capital Management Initiators (HCMIs), Payroll, Benefits, and other campus partners to resolve issues and advise on routine Human Resources record/data questions.
In addition, the HR Records Analyst will maintain/organize personnel transactions to ensure current and accurate employee fields, assist in regular data audit projects, and provide metrics on employment data.
The ideal candidate for this role possesses exceptional time management, organizational, and attention-to-detail abilities, coupled with a proactive and service-oriented mindset. Hourly Salary Range: $18.89 to $22.69 , with hiring salary commensurate with experience and qualifications
