HR Specialist – Compensation and Benefits Policies – International Development Bank IDB jobs

What you’ll need

• Education: Master’s degree or equivalent in human resources management, business administration, economics, accounting, organizational development, or other relevant fields relevant to the responsibilities of the role.
• Experience: At least 4 years of dynamic work experience relevant to the duties and accountabilities of the position. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of compensation and benefits policies and programs in organizations with an international scope of operations. Demonstrated thorough understanding of compensation-related policies and proven experience guiding other stakeholders on their application.
• Languages: Proficiency in English is required. Additional knowledge of one of the other Bank’s official languages (Spanish, French, or Portuguese) is preferable.

Requirements

• Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.
• Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab.

Type of contract and duration

• International staff contract, 36 months initially, renewable upon mutual agreement.
