About the Position

We are looking to welcome a HR Systems Analyst to be responsible for the management, maintenance, and optimisation of HR systems. Work flexibly from home and our Milton office, situated amongst local cafes and close proximity to public transport – you decide what works for you!

  • Full time permanent position.
  • Salary range is $90,000 – $97,480 plus superannuation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring data integrity, permissions security, and system functionality.
  • Line manage the HR Systems Support Officer role.
  • Analyse HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement through system enhancements.
  • Provide technical support and training to HR and Payroll teams and end-users.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and system performance.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as an HR Systems Analyst or similar role.
  • Proficiency in HR software systems (e.g., ConnX or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Other Requirements

  • Eligibility for a Working with Children Check or professional exemption.
  • Current driver’s licence.
  • Legally able work in Australia (proof of eligibility will be requested).
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved medical exemption.
  • Willingness to undergo and pass a Child Safety Personal History Screening Check (LCS2).
