We’re currently seeking a dedicated Delivery Assurance Lead to join our team in the HRIS Transformation program.

About the Role:

As the Delivery Assurance Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role within our HRIS Transformation program, reporting directly to the Head of People Transformation. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the effective management and delivery of the program by blending PMO expertise with hands-on project management skills. You’ll collaborate closely with the program’s leadership team, providing essential support in various domains crucial to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Assist the Head of People Transformation in strategic decision-making, design and delivery issue resolution, resource allocation, and day-to-day operations of the program.
  • Program Scheduling and Tracking: Develop and maintain an integrated project plan, track key milestones, and report on progress and variations.
  • Stakeholder and Project Meetings: Organise, attend, and participate in project meetings, ensuring timely documentation of actions and decisions.
  • Reporting and Tracking: Monitor project progress and prepare presentation materials, including Steerco packs.
  • Issue and Risk Management: Collate and maintain the program issues and risk log, assess project risks, and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Program Governance: Ensure adherence to frameworks and maintain project management documents.
  • Team Support and Collaboration: Foster cross-team collaboration and provide progress updates through agreed forums and channels.
  • Executive Support: Assist the Head of People Transformation and fulfil leadership responsibilities in their absence.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 15 or more years’ experience in PMO or project management, preferably within large-scale transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of program governance, risk management, and reporting practices.
  • Experience in HR process and systems within a mid-size or complex organisation.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Excellent communication skills and highly service-oriented.

Desirable Skills:

  • Graduate or postgraduate studies in a related field.
  • Agile Certification.
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise or transformational efforts.
  • Familiarity with Project management tools like JIRA.
  • Experience in implementing change and IT systems across diverse geographical areas.
  • Proficiency in Office365 tools.
