About the Role:
As the HR Reporting and Insights Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in providing high-quality HR reports that empower leaders across Uniting. Your primary responsibility will be to convert complex data into concise, actionable reports that support HR stakeholders in making informed decisions. Your work will be pivotal in optimising processes and driving continuous improvement through data-driven analytics.
Full Time closed period position, Will end in February 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a key contributor to a unified Uniting by determining data reporting priorities within your area of accountability.
- Enhance team knowledge and understanding of HR metrics to align with Uniting’s strategic objectives.
- Actively participate in fostering a “One Uniting” approach through open communication and collaboration.
- Develop, manage, and streamline regular reports and HR dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Continuously review and improve the relevance of HR data to ensure alignment with Uniting’s business needs and strategic direction.
- Consult and advise stakeholders, tailoring reports to meet their specific needs and provide valuable insights.
- Collaborate with People Business Partners and other teams to identify trends and correlations in employee data, supporting evidence-based decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement in data management, analysis, and reporting processes.
About You:
- You are detail-oriented, with a talent for identifying trends and patterns in data.
- You excel in time management and can balance multiple priorities effectively.
- You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- You are a storyteller who uses data to create compelling narratives that inform and inspire action.
- You thrive in uncertain situations, offering creative solutions to complex issues through hypothesis-driven problem-solving.
Experience Required:
- Proficiency in technical tools such as PowerBI, Excel VBA, SQL, and DAX.
- Experience with both structured and unstructured data sources, with a proven ability to extract and interpret insights.
- Preferred experience in HR metrics and reporting.
