  • Classification: SCHADS Level 5 with a salary range of $93,959 – $ 98,207 per annum + Superannuation
  • Salary packaging arrangements providing tax benefits available for living and entertainment expenses increasing your take home income where part of your wage is paid tax free each pay, savings thousands in tax each year
  • Location: Head Office, Preston, VIC 3072

About your new role

The HRIS System Analyst will be a key part of our transformative HRIS Systems Team, responsible for all HRIS Systems on a national level.

The HRIS System Analyst will involve providing accurate, timely, and customer-focused support for Neami HRIS Systems to the PC&C, Payroll, and L&D teams, as well as the wider organisation. The key focuses of the role will be maintaining data integrity through effective change control and maintenance, delivering regular and ad-hoc reporting, and collaborating with key stakeholders to identify improvements and enhancements to the Neami HRIS Systems.

Bringing enthusiasm and commitment, the HRIS System Analyst will further provide consistent and timely advice in line with relevant legislation.

What you will bring to the role

  • Previous experience in HR and Payroll systems administration and familiarity with recruitment, onboarding and pay processing procedures.
  • Proficient in handling complex and high volumes of data using data tools (e.g., advanced Excel, SQL)
  • Demonstrated experience in documenting processes, delivering training, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with systems integration using best practices.
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
