Epping Forest is the largest public open space in the London area and stretches for 12 miles
from Forest Gate in East London to just north of Epping in Essex.

We are currently seeking the right individual to provide dedicated Health and Safety and Asset
Management services to the Epping Forest team.

We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic and motivated candidate, with knowledge of
managing Health & Safety in a similar environment and seeking to further their expertise
and experience, advising on procedures and documents, risk assessments, safe systems of work
and maintenance regimes. Our team regularly carry out operations involving working from height,
heavy machinery and chainsaws in a public space and by the roadside, as well as working with
the public, enforcing byelaws and normal office duties. Good computing skills are also required
as use of Microsoft Office suite as well as corporate systems will also be essential. Knowledge
of Health and Safety law, mechanical and buildings know-how combined with effective
communication with site teams and contractors will be critical to the success of this role.

This is a full-time appointment. Although based at The Warren office, travel around the Forest
and to other City of London open spaces and offices will be necessary.
