Position: HSEQ Manager
Location: West Midlands
Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 + Car Allowance

Main Deliverables for the role of HSEQ Manager include:

• Stay updated on HSEQ practices, legislation, and standards.
• Conduct monthly high-quality inspections on allocated schemes.
• Facilitate effective project HSEQ planning meetings.
• Identify and mitigate workplace risks and hazards.
• Lead incident reporting and investigations promptly.
• Develop information materials and toolbox talks.
• Monitor and close out Info-tracker entries timely.
• Support compliance with client-specific reporting requirements.
• Engage and collaborate with supply chain members.
• Participate in tenders and contribute to innovation in HSEQ practices.

Main Requirements for the role of HSEQ Manager include:

• Strong communication abilities.
• Demonstrated tact and diplomacy.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Effective planning, prioritization, and organization skills.
• Minimum of Nebosh Diploma or equivalent
• Comprehensive understanding of legal regulations pertaining to Health & Safety, Quality, and Environment
• Previous experience in a similar role including CDM knowledge.
