Do you thrive on implementing processes for continuous improvement?Principal People are delighted to be working with a market leading Building Services Renewables contractor to recruit an HSEQ Systems Manager.As the HSEQ Systems Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and updating processes to ensure ongoing compliance with their Integrated Management System (IMS). You will lead efforts to maintain accreditation to ISO standards.HSEQ Systems Manager – £55,000-£60,000 + £8.4k Car Allowance or Car + Package – North West – Energy and RenewablesThe HSEQ Systems Manager will be responsible for:

  • Develop key Health and Safety related management policies and standards to ensure governance in line with identified requirements.
  • Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to management system controls.
  • Assist in developing tender submissions and lead external accreditation and compliance schemes as required.
  • Contribute to the development of HSEQ improvement programs to help the business meet its overall strategic goals.
  • Provide support to the HSE team regarding HSE management systems and related processes and requirements.

The HSEQ Systems Manager will hold:

  • Excellent working knowledge of ISO standards
  • Experience implementing, maintaining and improving an organisations ISO standards
  • Experience in the Construction, FM, Housing or Infrastructure sector
  • Proven ability to manage an audit strategy and schedule
  • A full driving license
