Ensure adherence with NRC policies, tools, handbooks and guidelines
Implement delegated support function portfolio according to plan of action
Prepare and develop status reports as required by management
Ensure proper filing of documents
Promote and share ideas for improvement of the support function
Immediately report all breaches of safety procedures and all threats to NRC staff, beneficiaries, activities or assets
Liaise with UN agencies, NGOs and other external actors to gain safety information.
Ensure vehicle and staff movements are monitored according to procedures and that necessary safety equipment are available and in good condition.
What you will bring
Generic professional competencies:
Experience from working as a relevant Health & Safety and relevant position in a humanitarian/ recovery context
Previous experience from working in complex and volatile contexts
Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities
Sufficient English proficiency both written and verbal
Good translation skill (Myanmar/English)
Received have Health, Safety and Security related training completion certificate
Graduate with relevant degree (or) equivalent 2 years of working experience as similar positions at other organizations.
