In this critical position, you will be responsible for inspiring and leading a dedicated team of five skilled technicians, each specialising in Groundworks, Bricklaying, and Carpentry. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of training and service delivery within our hub.As Hub Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our training operations, ensuring that our programs not only meet industry standards but also exceed the expectations of our trainees. You will cultivate a collaborative and motivating environment, encouraging your team to excel and innovate in their respective fields. Your role will involve setting clear objectives, providing ongoing mentorship, and facilitating professional development opportunities to empower your learners and enhance their skills so as to raise the industry standards.You will contribute to the growth of our Commercial Services, ensuring the success of procedural, technical, customer service, NVQ, and apprenticeship training programs.
