CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

MANAGEMENT OF WASTE FROM ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT (WEEE) IN IRAQ

 

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

The Humanitarian Logistics Cooperative referred to as hulo, on behalf of the following international non-governmental organizations, Action Against Hunger (ACF), Danish Refugee Council (DRC), Handicap International (HI), INTERSOS, Mines Advisory Group (MAG), Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), Premiere Urgence Internationale (PUI), and Triangle Generation Humanitarian (TGH), here below referred to as THE CONTRACTING NGO is currently conducting a Call For Expression of Interest for the Management of Electrical & Electronic Equipment Waste in Iraq.

 

The call for expression of interest documents can be retrieved from June 02, 2025 by sending an email to:

Hulo Cooperative will conduct an online Pre-Bid/Clarification Meeting with the interested companies, to provide answers to bidders inquiries. The meeting link and time will be shared by email with interested bidders.

 

Costs incurred by the bidder in preparing and submitting the tender proposals will not be reimbursed.

Hulo and the Contracting NGOs will not charge bidders any fees for collecting the call for tender documents or participating in the tender process.

 

We look forward to receiving your offer at the tender email address specified in the instructions mentioned in the CFI documents we will share with you, by the closing date of the national tender: June 16, 2025, at 17:00 Iraq time.

 

Hulo reserves the right to accept or reject any part of, or the entire tender in accordance with its internal procedures.
