INSURANCE SERVICES FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT
Dear Sir/Madam,
The Humanitarian Logistics Cooperative referred to as hulo, on behalf of the following international non-governmental organizations, Action Against Hunger (ACF), Handicap International (HI), Triangle Géneration Humanitaire (TGH), Islamic Relief Worldwide (IRW), here below referred to as THE CONTRACTING NGO is currently conducting an open national tender for providing Insurance Services (Health, Motor/Vehicle, and Life Insurances) in the term of a Framework Agreement/Long Term Agreement.

Hulo Cooperative will conduct an online Pre-Bid/Clarification Meeting with the interested Insurance Companies, to provide answers to bidders inquiries. The meeting link and time will be shared by email with interested bidders.
Requests for clarifications must be received at hulo’s offices in writing before December 01, 2024, 11:00 am Baghdad time. Such requests must be delivered in writing by e-mail. Hulo will reply in writing to all bidders’ questions.
Costs incurred by the bidder in preparing and submitting the tender proposals will not be reimbursed.
