The Humanitarian Logistics Cooperative referred to as hulo, on behalf of the following international humanitarian organizations, ACTED, Action Against Hunger (ACF), Handicap International (HI), INTERSOS, Islamic Relief International (IRW), Mines Advisory Group (MAG), Triangle Generation Humanitarian (TGH), and Un Ponte Per (UPP), here below referred to as THE CONTRACTING NGO is currently conducting an open national tender for providing (Money Transfer Agent Services) in the term of a Framework Agreement/Long Term Agreement.

If the tenderers have any question they can send a clarification request to the same email address above and Hulo Cooperative will provide answers to the inquiries.

Hulo and the Contracting NGOs will not charge bidders any fees for collecting the call for tender documents or participating in the tender process.

Costs incurred by the bidder in preparing and submitting the tender proposals will not be reimbursed.
