About the Role

The HR Advisor will support the Director of People & Culture in the delivery of the PWDA People and Culture strategy. They role will be the first point of contact for internal stakeholders with all operational HR matters. They will also support leaders with best practice talent management and people management process.

Automation and optimisation are key elements to the People and Culture strategy so any experience that draws on these skills should be highlighted in your application.

About You

  • You have demonstrated experience in a similar role and hold tertiary qualifications in HR.
  • You see HR as a career and not a job and are passionate about culture and engagement.
  • You are highly organised with the ability to work autonomously but can also collaborate and consult where needed.
  • Most importantly you are a great communicator who is able to build and manage relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Previous work experience in the disability sector and lived experience of disability would be great but are not essential.
