Your role To support the HR Operations team to deliver a fully integrated, business focused HR service to all FleetCor UK employees.

What We Need
FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a HR Assistant , this position provides HR support to the HR Operations Manager in the day to day running of the department and offering first line generic advice on policies and procedures in the absence of the HR Operations Manager and HR Director to all FLEETCOR and other parent company employees across the UK
How We Work
As a HR Coordinator, you will be expected to work in a Hybrid environment. FLEETCOR will set you up for success by providing:
Assigned workspace in our Swindon, UK
Company-issued equipment + remote access
Formal, hands-on training
Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Supporting and where appropriate advise managers and employees on organizational change, people management and performance measures in conjunction with the company handbook
Providing first line support for initial employee relations case management and support employee relations issues (e.g. take notes at disciplinary and grievance hearings and conduct investigations)
Supporting the onboarding of new employees by generating offer letters and contracts, coordinating interviews and carrying out HR team, administrative tasks for starters, leavers and the HR leadership team.
Providing administrative support in areas including reward and recognition (including administrating the benefit and recognition schemes), learning and development, employee relations and communications. Support vendor management and act as a liaison with external benefit providers
Undertaking specific projects as determined by the HR plan
Working in conjunction with the HR Operations Manager to review, update and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Employment Legislation.
Being an ambassador for attention-to-detail, ensuring a high standard on all employee communications relating to HR
Qualifications & Skills
CIPD level 3 to 5 certifications preferred
2-5 years of human resources operations experience
Thorough knowledge of human resource principles and best practices
Effective verbal and written communication skills; delivers messages in a clear, concise manner
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), MS Project preferred
