Human Resource Manager – P4

Under the direct supervision of the Director – Corporate Services, this Human Resource Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the Agency’s human resource function and advising management and staff on critical human resource management issues. Work involves a broad range of operational and strategic activities relating to the management of the Human Resource function including but not limited to environmental scanning and forecasting, planning, organizing, coordinating, supervising and integrating all HR activities. Requires continuous in-depth analysis of issues and matters for the interpretation and application of rules, practices and procedures.
