This position is located in the Human Resources Section (HRS) within the Development Coordination Office (DCO), based in New York, USA. The selected candidate will report to the Human Resources Officer in DCO/HRS.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and documentation of HR process workflows, including identifying areas for streamlining through automation
- Assist in the preparation of HR-related surveys, including coordination with relevant offices for input and follow-up; • Contribute to the analysis and presentation of HR data
- Draft concise and well-structured communication materials, including presentations, briefs, and reports
- Consolidate background materials and draft concept notes to support the design and implementation of HR projects
- Participate in team discussions and provide constructive input on ideas, with a focus on clarity, structure, and innovation
- Support during meetings and events, if any and as needed.
Qualifications/special skills
- Be enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher)
- Be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum bachelor’s level or equivalent).
