Job Information We’re excited to partnering with a leading organisation based in Carlisle to recruit Human Resources Advisor (a newly or nearly qualified CIPD Level 5).
Closely collaborating with and reporting into the Head of HR, you will play in pivotal role in delivering HR support and administration to the Managers and its colleagues across the company with a UK reach.
Taking responsibility for a range of core HR operational functions, you will also play a key part in supporting and delivering key strategic people projects.

Key activities to include:
Managing the company’s recruitment and selection process, working closely with the Hiring Managers to ensure efficient and effective recruitment campaigns, tracking and progressing activities and supporting with all associated tasks.
Managing new starters, including onboarding and inductions.
Ensuring all probationary reviews and 121’s are completed in a timely manner and to a high standard, providing advice to Managers to support this.
Managing the internal HR communications and updates through various channels.
Providing support and first line advice and insight to line Manager to ensure effective people management.
You will take responsibility for managing all the training records, ensuring compliance at the highest level, and managing ongoing training needs.
Taking the lead in supporting the roll out of an internal HR system, and coaching Business
Working as part of a small team will ensure you have exposure to wide range of HR activities; you will support the delivery of key people and culture projects and along with undertaking ad hoc projects of your own.

You’ll be qualified to CIPD Level 5 or part qualified.
You will be a natural self-starter, have a proactive and positive mindset and keen to work for a forward-thinking and people focused organisation. You’ll enjoy lots of autonomy and responsibility whilst ensuring you’re solidly supported.
Full time role, Monday to Friday. Based in Carlisle. Generous benefits and a commitment to your career development.
Salary £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience
