My client, a well respected employer require an experienced HR Advisor to support the Management team and employees within the group.

£32,000 Salary DOE

The key aspects of the role include:
– maintaining a number of cases relating to a proportion of our employees, ranging from investigations to welfare cases.
– analysing data from meetings and feedback, etc, to make swift and effective decisions.
– ensuring compliance with company policies.
– keeping up to date with employment law and advising our stakeholders accurately.
– supporting the wider people team in projects and business need.
– minuting meetings, finalising meeting minutes, and drafting the summary/outcome letters.
